Built in 2019 this tiny home 24’ x 10’ x 13 ½’ to the top of the roof. Plenty of storage accommodates for a fully functional living space. Kitchen presents ample cupboard room for dishes, pots, pans and cooking ware of all sizes. Stainless steel fridge/freezer, deep kitchen sink and stainless steel oven with 4 burner stove top heated by propane. Countertops constructed of live edge maple hardwood, coupled with a concrete section for hot servings.

Private bathroom with composting toilet (can be exchanged for a water pumped tank). Wash basin, stand up shower as well an outdoor shower fitting during summer time temperatures. Water is heated by on-demand propane, ideal for tiny home living.

Stateroom comes with a double size bed that converts into a sofa for daytime use, closet space for two and a secured cabinet for valuables. Eight drawers for clothing, personal items all installed to suit inside limitations. Main entrance fitted with French doors to provide wide open atmosphere to the outside.

LED lighting, dimmer switches, electrical outlets offering the regular life style of a conventional built house. Further hidden storage areas include two indoor lofts, and two outdoor lockers at either end of the home.

Foundations installed on a gooseneck steel trailer, dual axel for ease of relocation. Upon purchase and final transaction, buyer must relocate to your new chosen site.
